Job Title: Intake Specialist
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm PST
Job description:
We are looking to fill a full-time intake specialist position. This position involves speaking with new potential clients, who are seeking legal representation and evaluating the quality of their case. An intake specialist receives and qualifies new and prospective clients for multiple brands within our law firm both on the phone and in person.
Skills:
- Competencies: Excellent Telephone Etiquette Communication & Consultation Proficiency (Strong People Skills).
- Experience working with customer support.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate is hard working, organized, self-motivated, and patient.
- Strong communication skills are also essential.
- Preference for candidates who have a production producing background in sales or other qualifying customer service attributes.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Some office experience and/or law experience is preferable but not required.

- Ensure that all data is entered into the system correctly.
- Make follow-up calls to potential clients.
- Manage the processes of onboarding new clients.
- Answer and assess incoming potential client calls to determine if they should be signed by the firm or referred to other firms while inputting client contact data.
