Description
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree, Accounting Option, or equivalent qualification
- At least three (3) years’ relevant work experience in a medium-sized enterprise
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- CPA(K) Part II or above will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records for UEAB Industries
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, institutional policies and regulatory requirements
- Support audits and internal control processes
- Oversee receivables, payables, and general ledger functions
