What we’re looking for:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related)
- 2–5 years in a power plant, sugar, or industrial setup
- Comfortable working shifts
Strong hands-on mechanical skills
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor boilers, turbines, conveyors, and fuel systems
- Keep the plant running safely and efficiently
- Spot issues early and fix or escalate quickly
