Description
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma in Community Oral Health from a recognized institution.
- Registration and a valid practicing license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC)
- At least one 2 years of relevant work experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct oral health assessments and examinations.
- Provide preventive and basic curative dental services.
- Assist in dental procedures and patient management.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure proper sterilization and infection prevention procedures.
- Support the implementation of quality and safety standards within the dental unit.
