Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a recognized institution with a valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
- A Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of seven (7) years' progressive nursing experience, including at least three (3) years in a senior nursing leadership role within a busy hospital.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, people management, communication, and decision-making skills, with a solid understanding of healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, and quality improvement practices.
