Job Opportunity: Insurance Verification Manager


Are you an experienced leader in U.S. healthcare and insurance operations? Join us as an Insurance Verification Manager and play a key role in driving accuracy, efficiency, and quality across our insurance verification processes.


Schedule: Monday to Friday

  • Shifts: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Colombia time, UTC-5)

location: On site


What We’re Looking For:


  • 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • 1–2 years of experience in U.S. healthcare or insurance operations (mandatory).
  • Proven expertise in patient benefit and eligibility checks via insurance portals, clearinghouses, and direct payer contact.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Process-oriented mindset with analytical and data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) – excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.


Responsibilities

Your Mission:

  • Lead and develop teams of Insurance Verification Specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage performance: define and monitor KPIs such as accuracy, turnaround time, productivity, and SLA compliance.
  • Optimize processes: enhance workflows, SOPs, and ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare and insurance requirements.
  • Be the subject matter expert: provide guidance on patient benefits, eligibility checks, coverage limits, co-pays, deductibles, and pre-authorization requirements.
  • Collaborate strategically with other departments to ensure outstanding customer service and operational success
