INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum degree from a recognized university in Human resource management.
- Minimum CPA 11 qualifications a must
- Kenyan between 21 to 29 years of age
- Must have graduated within the last 24 months from the closing date of the advertisement and/or awaiting graduation
- Applicants must provide a recommendation/reference letter from the College/ University attended
- Must have completed a 3-month industrial attachment preferably in a similar setting with basic training on payroll processing; and
- Should not have undertaken any other Internship Program.
- Membership to IHRM will be an added advantage.
