We’re looking for a motivated Recruiter with at least 1.5 years of experience to join our team!
Location: On-site (Kenya)
Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Focus: Recruiting for U.S.-based companies
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source and screen candidates for U.S. clients
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with international or U.S. clients is a plus
