Monday to Friday - 7 am to 4 pm PST

Onsite - Nairobi, Kenya


Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Medical Records Clerk to support daily operations and ensure accurate, confidential management of patient information. This role involves organizing, tracking, and safeguarding medical records, and communicating with providers, attorneys, and case management teams about documentation status.


Responsibilities:

- Send medical records requests to healthcare providers.

- Consistently follow up with providers regarding pending medical records.

- Communicate with providers via phone calls, emails, messages, or any contact channel.

- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all medical records and documents.

- Properly label, save, and organize medical records, bills, and all related documentation.

- Email attorneys, case managers, and paralegals with updates on the status of medical records requests.


Skills & Qualifications:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.

- Previous experience in medical records, administrative support, or healthcare-related roles is preferred but not required.
