Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Diploma in Law, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited institution
  
• At least two years of relevant experience Experience preferably in a busy manufacturing environment
  
• Advise management on legal and compliance Key Skills matters
  
• Experience in reviewing and preparing legal documents, contracts and agreements
  
• Exceptional problem solving skills with practical solution oriented approach
  
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis of legal issues
  
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications and other relevant software
  

• Maintain company records and critical documents
  
• Ensure regulatory compliance and permit renewals
  
• Update and review internal policies
  
• Manage contracts (review, negotiate, renew, file)
  
• Protect intellectual property and handle trademark issues
  
• Support dispute resolution and legal proceedings
  
• Liaise with external lawyers and provide legal documentation
  
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations
