Tech Experts Houston is seeking a Lead Generation Associate to support marketing operations, CRM hygiene, lead routing, and the execution of outbound and email campaigns. This role is highly operational and requires exceptional attention to detail, clear communication, and strong organizational skills. The Lead Generation Associate works closely with sales, marketing, and service delivery teams to ensure leads flow smoothly across all stages of the revenue process

  • 2 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, sales operations, or campaign coordination
  • Hands‑on experience using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Experience supporting B2B services, tech, or IT‑focused teams
  • Experience with security services, MSPs, or IT service providers (preferred)
  • Comfortable with outbound communication and sales‑related activities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing accuracy
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Responsibilities

    Marketing & Campaign Execution

    • Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns through email, CRM, and outbound channels
    • Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials (one‑pagers, decks, service summaries)
    • Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and task lists
    • Ensure messaging and materials align with service offerings and delivery readiness

    CRM & Revenue Operations

    • Own CRM hygiene across leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities
    • Manage lead routing, assignments, and status tracking
    • Support sales and outreach teams with pipeline updates, follow-ups, and data accuracy
    • Build and maintain basic dashboards and reports for team visibility

    Lead Flow & Process Support

    • Monitor how leads progress from marketing → sales → service delivery
    • Identify breakdowns in follow-up, tracking, or handoff
    • Escalate issues proactively and propose process improvements
    • Ensure data accuracy so leadership can trust reporting
