Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering effective internal and external communication that strengthens the hospital’s image, supports patient engagement, and promotes service awareness. This role involves creating compelling content, managing digital and social media platforms, designing visual materials, and upholding brand consistency across all communication channels.


Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
  • 3 years’ proven working experience in social media marketing or in digital media
  • Proof of expertise in graphic design, video and photo editing.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to promote hospital services.
  • Design marketing and patient education materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and banners presentations, and social media content.
  • Create visual content (graphics, short videos, animations) for use in both digital and print platforms.
  • Build and maintain media relations and act as a liaison with external communication partners when needed.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to gather stories, updates, and content needs.
  • Write press releases, newsletters, and feature articles to highlight hospital milestones and initiatives.
  • Coordinate media coverage and respond to media inquiries in collaboration with the manager.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Ensure consistent and professional use of the company’s identity (logos, taglines, colors, tone).
  • Work closely with other departments to integrate brand values into internal programs and materials (e.g., internal signage).
  • Manage and update the hospital’s website with current and accurate content.
  • Monitor digital performance using analytics tools and adjust content strategies to enhance engagement
