Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of hands-on experience in poid media buying (agency or in-house)
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling profitable compaigns
  • Strong understanding of Meto Ads Manager and Google Ads (Tiktok Ads is a plus)
  • Experience managing monthly od budgets (state range if needed, eg KS 500+)
  • Solid analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make decisions quickly
  • Familiarity with tracking tools (Pixel setup, G4, conversion tracking)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously


Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta Google. Tiktok etc.)
  • Manage dolly od spend and ensure efficient budget allocation to meet revenue torgets
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversions
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and copy to improve performance
  • Colaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad content
  • Track and report on campaign performance with clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new advertising opportunities
