Description
Our client is seeking a Creative Production Lead to lead all content creation for the organization. You will own the full production pipeline from concept to final output, delivering high-quality video content for campaigns, social media, product storytelling, and brand communication across our 10 retail locations and growing footprint.
This is a hands-on role for a skilled video creator and production leader who can turn raw footage into polished, high-impact visual assets while maintaining consistent brand quality across all platforms.
Responsibilities
Video Production & Editing
Lead end-to-end production of videos: planning, scripting, shooting, editing, color grading, and final delivery.
Produce product videos, campaign videos, brand stories, and social media content.
Edit footage into clean, tight, high-quality outputs with strong pacing and clarity.
Manage sound design, audio cleanup, and background music selection.
Ensure all content meets brand standards and platform requirements.
Content Creation & Creative Direction
Develop creative concepts for video content, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Direct shoots on-site and in-studio, ensuring lighting, framing, and audio quality are consistently high.
Capture B-roll, product shots, lifestyle visuals, and behind-the-scenes content.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Production Management
Build and manage a streamlined production workflow and content pipeline.
Maintain and organize all production assets, footage, and project files.
Oversee equipment inventory (cameras, lenses, lighting, audio gear) and recommend upgrades when needed.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (photographers, editors, studios).
Marketing Support
Work closely with the marketing team to deliver content for campaigns, ads, social media, and website.
Support the execution of monthly marketing calendars and content plans.
Provide creative input on brand messaging, storytelling angles, and content strategy.
Ensure timely delivery of assets for marketing launches and brand initiatives.
Quality Control & Brand Consistency
Review and refine all content to ensure high production standards.
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and formats.
Uphold brand guidelines in every piece of content produced.
Qualifications
Proven experience in video production, editing, and content creation.
Strong proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Skilled in camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording.
Strong understanding of social media formats, trends, and storytelling styles.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines.
Creative eye for detail, composition, and brand aesthetics.
Hands-on, proactive, and execution-driven.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
Calm under pressure and comfortable with fast-paced environments.
