Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
Master's degree or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
8–12 years' relevant professional experience.
At least 3–5 years in a senior marketing, communications or corporate affairs leadership role.
Proven experience in B2B marketing and commercial growth.
Experience in renewable energy, engineering, manufacturing, EPC, infrastructure or related sectors is highly desirable.

Commercial Marketing
Develop marketing strategies that support revenue growth.

Measure marketing ROI and commercial impact.
Corporate Communications
Lead Group corporate communications.
Manage media relations and corporate publicity.

Digital Marketing
Lead the Group's digital marketing strategy.

Stakeholder & Executive Communications
Support the CEO and Executive Management on strategic communications.

Team & Budget Management
Build and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team.
