Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules and
client assignments.Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional
customer service.Maintain strong relationships with caregivers
and clients.Verify timesheets and support payroll-related
processes.Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Multitask effectively in a dynamic office
environment.
Requirements:
Advanced English
(C1).At least 1 year of scheduling experience in the healthcare
industry.High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer and office software skills.
Knowledge of common medical terminology.
