Requirements
- Experience in healthcare marketing and or care management
- KRCHN/BSCN/HSM/Clinical officer
- Strong communication and networking soils
- CRM & MS Office proficiency
- Knowledge of hospital systems and medical terminology
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with admitting and referring doctors
- Support patient referral processes and inter-specialty coordination
- Address communication gaps and improve doctor satisfaction and retention
- Act as the main contact person for physician support and concerns
- Share updates on new hospital technologies, equipment, and services
- Coordinate feedback from doctors and escalate concerns to management
- Work closely with insurance and finance teams to ensure smooth pre-authorizations and payments
- Maintain accurate records of physician interactions in the CRM system
- Represent the hospital at networking events, seminars, and meetingsRequired
