Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of our ongoing project sites. The ideal candidate will act as the central hub for documentation, reporting, and site logistics. Candidates with experience as a Clerk of Works will be given high priority.
Responsibilities
Resource Coordination: Manage site office supplies, equipment, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted daily operations.
Attendance & Payroll: Track site labor attendance, verify timesheets, and coordinate with the HR/Finance department for payroll processing.
Visitor Management: Oversee site access protocols, ensuring all visitors and subcontractors follow safety and registration procedures.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date site files, including blueprints, daily logs, and technical specifications.
Progress Reporting: Compile daily/weekly site progress reports for project managers and stakeholders.
Compliance Management: Ensure all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) documentation is filed and accessible for audits.
Workmanship Inspection: Monitor the quality of work on-site to ensure it aligns with the contract documents and approved drawings.
Material Verification: Verify that materials delivered to the site meet specified standards and quantities.
