Assistant Catering Officer I
Description
Minimum Requirements for appointment:
- Bachelors Degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management or relevant field from recognized and accredited universities;
- Have three (3) years work experience as a Assistant Catering Officer Grade 9 or comparable position.
- Computer literate.
Duties and responsibilities at this level entails; -
- Coordinate all the catering services within the University.
- Prepare quarterly income and expenditure reports.
- Present regular reports on operational matters.
- Develop and review catering policies, procedures and processes..
- Prepare annual budgets, procurement and work plans.
- Organize health examination for food handlers to ensure compliance; and
- Maintain inventory control to ensure stock levels are adequate.
