Responsibilities
As a Kilimall KForce Agent, your main goal is to bridge the gap between Kilimall’s online platform and your local community. You are the face of Kilimall in your area.
Key Duties:
- Community Marketing & Promotion:
- Share daily Kilimall promotional posters and product links provided by the KForce WhatsApp group to your personal WhatsApp status, groups, and social media.
- Identify potential customers in your neighborhood, market, or workplace who need affordable electronics, fashion, or household items.

- Order Facilitation (The "Human App"):
- Assist community members who do not own smartphones, lack mobile data, or are not tech-savvy to browse the Kilimall App, select products, and place orders using your agent account or by guiding them.
- Explain product details, prices, and delivery timelines clearly to customers.

- Payment & Trust Building:
- Offer flexible payment guidance. Help customers understand how to pay via M-Pesa or Cash on Delivery (where applicable).
- Build trust by acting as a reliable local contact for any order inquiries or issues.

- Pickup Point Coordination:
- Guide customers to the nearest Kilimall/Kilishop pickup station to collect their parcels.
- Promote the convenience and lower cost of using pickup points compared to home delivery.

- Market Intelligence:
- Gather feedback from your community about what products they want to see on Kilimall.
- Report any local competitors or market trends to your regional support team.

- Compliance & Onboarding:
- Complete the mandatory KForce onboarding process, including submitting your National ID images and KRA PIN Certificate for verification.
- Adhere to Kilimall’s code of conduct and pricing policies.

What You DON'T Need to Do:
- You do NOT need to buy or hold any stock.
- You do NOT need to handle logistics or delivery yourself (Kilimall handles shipping to pickup points).

- Number of orders facilitated per week.
- Total commission earned (Target: 10,000+ KSh/month).
- Customer satisfaction and repeat orders.

📍 Who Should Apply? (Strict Criteria)
We are expanding in Kenya’s vibrant secondary cities and rural areas (e.g., Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Nyeri, Meru, Kakamega, etc.).

- ❌ NO: If you live in Nairobi. (We are currently paused for Nairobi residents due to market saturation).
