• Assist the Export Manager in the implementation of strategic plans
  

• Serve as the primary contact for export customers on operational and administrative
  

  matters.
  

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on orders and
  

  shipments
  

• Ensure the smooth running of all on-line platforms and responding to all enquiries.
  

• Assist in preparing shipping documents, regulatory approvals for exports and filing of
  

  returns as may be required.
  

• Receive, edit, verify, track and coordinate information on customer orders/shipments
  

  with production scheduling and dispatch.
  

• Maintain and regularly update customer profiles, pricing schedules, contractual information and communication records.
  

• Ensure export markets growth, planning, profitability and execution.
  

• Gather and analyse market intelligence, competitor information and customer feedback
  

• Ensure all internal control policies in regard to export procedures, trading terms,
  

  policies and are adhered to.
  

• Assist in developing quarterly rolling SKU, realistic demand forecast for individual
  

  markets.
  

• Liaise with Production, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality Assurance and
  

  Logistics to ensure timely fulfilment of export orders.
  

• Monitor order status and proactively communicate progress, delays or issues to
  

  customers and management.
  

• Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and customer import requirements.
  

• Maintain standard operating procedures and customer profiles including key contacts, special requirements, contract rates and a record of any customer preferred services,
  

  customer property held by the Company including intellectual property, artworks and
  

  packaging material.
  

• Resolve issues respective to meeting client requirements, data input - general
  

  customer service inquiries related to tracking & tracing.
  

• Maintain export sales dashboards and performance metrics, demand forecasts and
  

  assist in export sales planning.
  

• In liaison with Legal Office, facilitate international registration requirements for the
  

  Company and brands; and ensure compliance on all legal and statutory requirements
  

  as may be deemed necessary.
  

• Monitor export customer accounts in liaison with Finance and follow up on outstanding
  

  customer payments.
  

• Perform other duties as requested or assigned
  

• Bachelors Degree in International Business, Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related business discipline.
  

• Professional qualification in Shipping, Clearing & Forwarding, International Trade or Logistics will be an added advantage.
  

• Membership in a relevant professional body
  

• Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing. (CIM)
  

• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in export sales administration, international
  

  trade, logistics or customer service within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  

• Experience handling export documentation, compliance and international shipping
  

  processess.
  

• Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
