Description
The Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing a client portfolio, from prospecting to closing deals, while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
Prospecting & acquisition
- Identify and prospect new clients and opportunities
- Develop the sales pipeline and follow up with prospects
- Take part in marketing campaigns and events to generate leads
- Understand European markets and build a network of partners and clients
Account management
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients
- Identify additional sales or upsell opportunities
- Track customer satisfaction and anticipate future needs
Internal coordination
- Work with technical or delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility
- Share customer needs with product and marketing leadership
- Be autonomous and able to adapt to unforeseen issues
Ideal candidate
- Degree in business, management, or equivalent
- Experience in B2B sales or account management
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong listening skills, persuasive communication, and customer focus
