Job title : Assistant Manager - Sales

Reporting to : Sales Head

Industry : Manufacturing (Polymers)

Educational Qualifications:

 MBA (Sales & Marketing), Polymer Engineer, Graduate + Polymer PG Diploma


Knowledge and Experience:

 5-7 years of experience in Polymer Sales & Business Development

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Responsible for Polymers Distribution and Stock & Sales Operation in Kenya.

Principal Responsibility:

Expand the Polymers business (PP, PE, PVC & Specialty Polymers) in the assigned territory – with existing customers and look for new customer development.

a) CFR
 Achieve Agreed Upon Targets – Net Margins.
 Create Product/Customer Matrix.

b) Distribution

 Achieve Distribution Targets – Tonnage & Revenue.

 Keep track of customer payments and help in its timely collections.

c) Manage Cost

 Recommend Credit Limits to management & work within the Same on its approval.

 Maintain Debtors & Stock Reconciliations.

d) Responsible for Market Research and Analysis

e) Responsible for Customer Visits and submitting the Customer Visit report.
f) Manage and Interpret customer requirements and study about upcoming products.
