Job Purpose

• To provide assistance to the procurement officer on strategic leadership in development, implementation and review of policies, procedures, frameworks, strategies, plans, legislations, standards and regulations on procurement management and Administration.
  
• Reports to The Deputy Principal Administration
  

Job Specification i) For appointment to this position, an applicant must have:

• Certificate in Criminalogy or its equivalent from a recognized technical institution;
  
• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination (KCSE) mean grade D+ orrecognized equivalent qualification with at least a D in either Mathematics, English or Kiswahili;
  
• Occupational Health and Safety knowledge;
  
• 1 years of experience in security services, preferable a college;
  
• Must be a person who can work with minimum supervision, high integrity, possesses good interpersonal and communication skill;
  
• Certificate of good conduct.
  
• Should have computer skills and be proficient in use of Microsoft Office;
