QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Profession
  • Master's Degree Will Be Added Advantage
  • TVETA Registration and Licensing
  • Post Graduate Certification in Technical Training Education (Pedagogy)
  • Possess and Demonstrate Qualities of Leadership and Management Skills
  • Proven Experience in Academic Administration or Institutional Leadership
  • Hands on Experience in Technical Education Teaching / Training
  • Excellent Understanding of TVETA, TVET CDACC and CBET Requirements
  • Strong Understanding of TVET Regulations, Curriculum Standards, and Compliance Frameworks
  • Excellent Communication and Team-Management Skills
  • High Level of Reliability, Flexibility and Effectiveness
  • Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented, with a Passion for Training and Desire to Create Lasting Impact on Learners and the Industry
