Description
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Experience with stock control systems is an added advantage
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities
- Participate in morning meetings to review and resolve issues from previous operations and support continuous improvement
- Coordinate with receiving and issuing officers and provide accurate stock confirmation for inbound and outbound materials
- Ensure zero discrepancy between physical stock and system records
- Support the stock audit officer during warehouse audits
- Maintain 6S standards within the warehouse/godown at all times
- Conduct daily and monthly stock takes
- Manage weighbridge-related operations and ensure proper recording of all data
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory and warehouse records
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
