Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, conduct market analysis, and lead RFx processes.
- Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans.
- Conduct supplier due diligence, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain governance records.
- Support contract drafting, renewal, and tracking to ensure obligations are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, provide procurement advice, and promote best practices.
- Process procurement requests, monitor cycle times, and support system improvements.
- Identify and track cost savings, value creation, and efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; professional procurement qualification and KISM membership.
- 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, preferably in regulated sectors.
- Experience with end-to-end sourcing, negotiations, and procurement platforms.
