  1. Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a courteous and timely manner.
  2. Provide information about MedPrime College programs, admissions procedures, and other relevant inquiries.
  3. Manage student inquiries, registrations, and appointments with efficiency and accuracy.
  4. Maintain the reception area in a neat and organized manner, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
  5. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents as needed.
  6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
  7. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
  8. Assist with special projects and events as assigned by management.
  9. Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in handling sensitive information.

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in an educational or healthcare setting.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  8. Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with electronic medical records systems is a plus.
