Appointment Setter – Onsite (Kenya)

Location: Onsite – Kenya

Schedule (Kenya time):

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (overnight shift)
  

• Saturday: 8:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. (overnight shift)
  

  
  Days off: Tuesday and Sunday
  

  
  Required language: English B2+ – C1 (neutral accent)
  

Role Description:

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for making outbound calls (90%+) to schedule home remodeling project consultations. The role includes re-engaging leads, handling cancellations, and occasionally managing inbound calls or cold calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls following predefined scripts.
  
• Manage campaigns using the dialer system.
  
• Re-engage leads that did not move forward with the service.
  
• Handle cancellations and reschedule appointments.
  
• Accurately record appointments in the system.
  
• Answer inbound calls and cold calls when necessary.
  

Ideal Profile:

• Basic knowledge of construction.
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or collections.
  
• Experience with difficult calls (hard calls) preferred.
  
• Clear communication, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills.
  
• Familiarity with dialer systems and tech tools.
  
• “Shark” attitude: assertive, persistent, and persuasive.
  
• Proactive and self-driven.
