To provide physiotherapy services through patient assessment, rehabilitation, treatment planning,documentation, data collection, and reporting.

Key Qualifications and Experience Requirements
Core Competencies
i. Diploma in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
ii. Registration with the Physiotherapy Council of Kenya (PCK).
iii. Valid license from the Physiotherapy Council of Kenya (PCK).
iv. Proficiency in computer applications.
v. Compliance with Chapter six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya. Core Competencies
i. Effective communication and customer service skills.
ii. Responsive, prompt and effective provision of services.
iii. High level of collaboration and teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment.
iv. Effective time management and organizational skills.
v. Ethical practice and professional integrityi. Screening and assessing patients to determine physiotherapy needs and appropriate
interventions.
ii. Providing therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation services to support recovery and improve
mobility.
iii. Verifying and maintaining accurate patient information and treatment records.
iv. Designing individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment and clinical
guidelines.
v. Writing patient case notes and compiling physiotherapy statistics for reporting and analysis.
vi. Collecting data for operational research to inform service improvement.
vii. Sensitizing the community on physiotherapy issues and promoting awareness of
rehabilitation services.
viii. Preparing periodic reports on physiotherapy activities and outcomes.
