About the Role
This position focuses on preparing and submitting insurance claims, entering payments, and following up on denied or unpaid claims with U.S. insurance carriers and ideal for detail-oriented individuals who communicate confidently.
- Submit insurance claims accurately via online portals and billing software
Enter payment data and reconcile billing information
Investigate and resolve unpaid or denied claims through follow-up
Make outbound calls to U.S.-based insurers to troubleshoot claim issues
Collaborate remotely with team members and attend virtual meetings
Adhere to HIPAA and internal security protocols
Qualifications
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills and professional phone manner
Detail-oriented, organized, and persistent with strong follow-through
Tech-savvy, comfortable learning new software platforms
Self-driven, efficient, and trustworthy—accuracy is critical
Confident in conversations, asking relevant questions to resolve issues
Previous experience in insurance billing or ABA is a plus, but not required (training provided)
Work Schedule & Hours
Part-time to start, with very strong potential to grow into a full-time role
Must be available during U.S. business hours (7 a.m.– 6 p.m. CST) for training, staff meetingsand internal company online chat communications
Technical Requirements
Reliable computer less than 3 years old with Windows 11 Pro or or MacOS Sequoia 15.5
Quality headset for calls and meetings
Fast, secure and reliable internet connection
Cybersecurity software installed
