We are looking for a dedicated Senior Bookkeeper to become a long-term pillar of our internal operations in Dallas-Fort Worth.

If you are a process-driven expert in QuickBooks who thrives on accuracy, structure, and clean ledgers, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Core Ops: Own monthly bookkeeping (QBO/QBD), payroll reconciliations, and 1099 compliance.
  

• Process Discipline: Follow firm workflows, checklists, and QC procedures to the letter.
  

• Tax Support: Assist as a Junior Preparer during the season (data entry and book-to-tax adjustments).
  

What you bring:

• 4+ years of solid Bookkeeping experience (Non-negotiable).
  

• Expert-level hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks Online & Desktop.
  

• A "Zero-Error" mindset and high attention to detail.
  

• English level: Intermediate (B2)
  

• Availability for the 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST schedule.
