Business Development Associate (Lead Generation) (Remote, US Time Zone)

About the Role

We are building a Lead Generation team and need confident, articulate callers to qualify new business opportunities. You’ll play a key role in our sales process by initiating high-quality outreach via phone.

For this role, you:

• Must have a good internet connection (15mbs and above recommended)
  

• Working laptop
  

• Flexibility to work 8 hours on the US time zones
  

This compensation for this role is a fixed salary and commissions paid against achieved targets

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients
  

• Qualify, document, and update leads accurately in CRM
  

• Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets
  

• Collaborate with colleagues to refine and elevate lead quality
  

• Maintain professional etiquette during calls
  

• Work in a virtual office environment with camera-on policy
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of cold calling experience—B2B background is preferred
  

• Experience working in the construction industry is an added advantage
  

• Excellent phone presence and communication skills
  

• Strong English clarity with a neutral or American/Western accent
  

• Familiarity with CRM tools (any platform)
  

• High level of autonomy and self-motivation in a remote environment
