Data Analyst

About you

• Diploma in Logistics or Relevant professional qualifications
  
• Degree level or equivalent is an added advantage
  
• Proven experience of 3 years in data analysis, preferably within the logistics industry.
  
• Familiarity with data visual management systems
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  

• Accurately capture, verify and update data into company system and database.
  
• Review and analyze data to identify inconsistencies, errors or missing information.
  
• Generate reports and summaries to support operational and management decision making.
  
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of electronic documents.
  
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  
• Collaborate with internal departments to collect and validate required information.
  
• Monitor data quality and recommend improvements to enhance reporting accuracy.
  
• Respond promptly to data related queries and provide administrative support when required.
  
• Perform routine audits to ensure information accuracy and completeness.
  
• Support process improvement initiativeness by identifying trends and operational gaps.
  
• Ensure timely completion of data entry and reporting tasks.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
  
• Support departmental objectives through accurate and efficient administrative support.
  
• Any other duties assigned to me.
