Data Labeler (Shift-Based, 24/7 Coverage)

About the Role

We're looking for sharp, reliable, and detail-obsessed individuals to join our team as Image Verification Data Labelers titled internally as an Operations Associate 1. This is remote work, fully online, and runs on a 24/7 shift basis—meaning we’re live all day, every day, and need team members who can plug in from anywhere, anytime (with assigned shifts, of course).

• You need to be available to start as soon as needed
  

• To be considered for the role, you need to have a stable internet connectivity of at least 15 MBPS
  

• Have a working laptop
  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Verify image data: Check and validate image content to make sure it meets specific quality and accuracy criteria.
  

• Label images: Tag images with relevant information using tools we’ll train you on.
  

• Follow clear guidelines: Work based on structured instructions—no guesswork.
  

• Maintain high accuracy: Your job is to be consistently precise. We care about quality over speed.
  

• Work assigned shifts: Be available during your scheduled shift (including nights/weekends depending on your rotation).
  

• Flag issues: If something doesn’t look right, report it! You’re part of the quality control flow.
  

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Insane attention to detail – If you notice typos in memes or can tell two almost-identical pics apart, you’ll do great.
  

• Basic tech/computer skills – You’ll be working with web-based tools (we train you).
  

• Self-management – This is remote work, so you’ve got to be self-disciplined and reliable.
  

• Consistent internet connection – Because slow Wi-Fi = low vibe.
  

• Willingness to work flexible shifts – This includes night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed (don’t worry—we’ll always give you a schedule ahead of time).
  

Nice-to-Haves (But Not Required)

• Any previous experience with data labelling, quality control, or remote shift work.
  

• Interest in AI, tech, or digital projects.
  

• Familiarity with productivity tools like Slack, Trello, or similar.
