Position Overview

We are looking for skilled CV Specialists (Annotators and QA Reviewers) to join a remote team delivering a high-stakes instance segmentation project using CVAT. You will perform or review detailed, pixel-level segmentation of visual data, contributing to the training of advanced computer vision models.

This freelance role is remote and part of a time-sensitive proof-of-concept (PoC) phase, with potential for future projects based on your performance.

• Accurately annotate objects using polygons or segmentation masks in CVAT
  

• Follow strict annotation instructions and edge case guidelines
  

• For QA Reviewers: assess submitted annotations, flag errors, and provide clear corrections
  

• Maintain annotation consistency across images and over time
  

• Raise ambiguous cases or label conflicts to the Project Lead
  

• Participate in feedback sessions and guideline updates
  

• Work autonomously and meet daily volume and quality targets
  

Key Requirements

• Proficiency with CVAT, specifically in instance segmentation using polygons and masks
  

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow pixel-accurate guidelines
  

• Prior experience in labeling or reviewing segmentation tasks for AI training
  

• Comfortable working with large datasets and repetitive image sequences
  

• For QA roles: ability to spot quality deviations and deliver constructive feedback
  

• Fluent in English and comfortable reading technical instructions
  

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer vision-related work (preferred)
