2.0.          Duties

·        Guidance: Guiding patients in choosing the proper frames and lenses in addition to other associated products

·        Product: Correct interpretation of prescriptions provided by our Optometrist for the purpose of ensuring the patient chooses the right product and knows how to use them.

·        Cashiering: Accepting payments in various payment methods, receipting and accounting for the same.

·        Fitting: Doing customised adjustments of frames to fit the patient.

·        Stock Control: Keep track of stock and inform the keeper of additional stock or materials required for GVG KE activities

·        Follow-ups: Making follow-up calls and contacting patients through other media to purchase eyeglasses

 

3.0.          Qualifications

·        Education: Diploma preferably in Business

·        Experience: At least 1 year

·        Languages: English, Kiswahili (Spoken Fluent)
