We are looking for an Payroll Tax Assistant in Nairobi, Kenya.

Work Modality: 100% on-site

Schedule: Monday to Friday night shift, availability between 4:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. (fixed schedule assigned within this time frame)

Total Compensation: Salary to be agreed

What will you do in this role?

You’ll support the payroll tax department with key administrative tasks such as:

• Daily and quarterly tax processing
  
• Document management with state and federal entities
  
• Handling office tools and accounting files
  
• Reviewing and distributing internal and external communications
  
• Creating and tracking cases in the management system (Pulse)
