QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of of 5 years in product-related roles (either from business or technical).
- Background in sales or operations, especially in a micro finance environment.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.

- Field Research & Stakeholder Engagement
- Regularly visit sales agents, shops, and customers to observe app usage and collect real-world feedback.
- Interview sales reps, customer support teams, and customers to understand pain points and emerging needs.
- Compile findings into clear insights to inform product direction.
- App Testing & Evaluation
- Test both the customer-facing and internal sales apps for usability, functionality, and performance.
- Identify bugs, UX issues, and improvement opportunities through hands-on use and structured testing.
- Product Improvement & Ticketing
- Translate field feedback and test findings into clear, actionable tickets using tools like Jira or Trello.
- Prioritize issues based on impact and collaborate with designers and engineers to refine solutions.
- Cross-Market Collaboration
- Work with Product Managers in other markets to identify common challenges and align on shared feature requirements.
- Participate in roadmap discussions and help define scalable features that can work across different markets.
