On behalf of our client we are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Data Analyst .

The ideal candidate will assist in strategic support of business decisions through in-depth data analysis.

The role focuses on evaluating sales performance and monitoring field merchandiser activity, leveraging experience with Solutech Systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

2. Proven experience 3 years in a data analyst role, with demonstrable experience analyzing sales data.

3. Solutech Systems Expertise: Experience working with Solutech Systems for data extraction and analysis is essential.

4. Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.

5. Proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

7. Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

8. Experience with data mining and predictive modelling is a plus. Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R is a plus.

1. Data Acquisition and Management: Collect, clean, and prepare data from various sources,including Solutech Systems (leaves and attendance for field merchandisers), databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.

2. Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales reports to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Prepare insightful reports and dashboards visualizing key sales metrics and KPIs.

3. Field Merchandiser Performance: Analyze field merchandiser data from Solutech Systems to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations.

4. Prepare JOINT BUSINESS PLANS (JBPS) for the sales and provide IT support to the sales

team, providing data-driven insights into their efficiency and productivity.

5. IT Support Data Analysis: Analyze data related to IT support requests to identify trends,

bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in service delivery.

6. Data Visualization and Reporting: Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics for various

stakeholders.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and IT teams to understand

business needs and translate them into actionable data insights.

8. Problem Solving: Identify areas for improvement in data collection, processing, and analysis

within Solutech Systems and other data sources.

9. Technology Proficiency: Stay current with the latest data analysis techniques and

technologies relevant to sales performance and field operations.

10. Data collection, statistical analysis, database management, and creating clear visual reports. Strong communication skills are essential for conveying insights to diverse stakeholders.
