Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or hospitality management.
  
• At least 8 years cumulative experience in the Learning and Development hospitality industry, ideally within a 5-star International Brand environment and a minimum of 3 years of proven success in a similar leadership role.
  
• Mastery of the English language, both spoken and written,
  
• Additional language(s) considered a great advantage.
