Description
We are seeking a proactive Payroll Associate who can deliver friendly, helpful service to our clients while working independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities



  1. Process payroll for clients accurately and on time.

  2. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

  3. Prepare and deliver payroll reports as needed.

  4. Resolve payroll issues and correct errors promptly.

  5. Manage payroll tax reporting and payments.

  6. Onboard new clients, including setting up accounts with payroll tax authorities and configuring employers in the payroll system.

  7. Respond to client inquiries via phone and email regarding payroll matters.

Skills:

Knowledge of current US payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements is a MUST.

  1. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple payrolls.

  2. Great communication skills (English proficiency required)

  3. Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused attitude, service oriented, self-starter.

  4. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently under pressure.

  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat.

  6. Experience with IRIS Payroll software is a plus.
