- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales or field team supervision
- Experience in FMCG or General Trade is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Proficiency in basic reporting tools (Excel, mobile apps)
- Willing to travel extensively within assigned region
- Strong knowledge of local market dynamics.
