Core Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 – 4 years’ experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of M&A, capital raising, project finance, and financial advisory transactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research, industry analysis, and financial assessments to support advisory engagements and investment decisions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses.
  • Support the execution of M&A, capital raising, restructuring, and project finance transactions.
  • Prepare transaction materials including pitch books, investment memoranda, presentations, and business cases.
  • Assist in conducting feasibility studies and evaluating project viability.
  • Support transaction structuring, due diligence processes, and preparation of deal documentation.
  • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, sector research, and proposal preparation.
