Graduate Management Program (BD&M) - Lagos

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or related field with 0–2 years of work experience (NYSC members or fresh graduates may apply).
Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Participate in structured training programs covering business development, sales, and marketing strategies.
Support the identification of new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote company products or services.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
Assist the sales team in achieving revenue targets and business growth objectives.
Track and report sales and marketing performance metrics.
Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of products or services to clients.
Provide administrative and operational support to the business development and marketing teams.
