Description
Minimum ND in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial, or Maintenance Engineering.
5+ years hands-on experience in facility management/building operations.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
Handle daily facility repairs: electrical, plumbing, AC servicing, carpentry, and generator maintenance (up to 400KVA).
Manage inverter and backup power systems (up to 10KVA).
Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
Conduct facility inspections and implement safety/emergency procedures.
Manage vendors and contractors, ensuring SLA compliance.
Track diesel usage, generator reports, and facility expenses.
Plan and optimize office/storeroom space; coordinate layout changes and renovations.
Work closely with Security to maintain a safe work environment.
Prepare and submit technical/facility reports as required.
