Responsibilities

  • Support the team in daily administrative tasks such as reporting, preparation of slide decks, Notion documentation etc.
  • Monitor and update platform management processes (audience lists, campaign tagging, content organisation, naming conventions, etc.)
  • Conduct competitor and customer research to support Growth initiatives.
  • Support the team with campaign set ups across different platforms (digital ads, lifecycle messaging, etc.).
  • Liaise with other teams to help drive projects forward
  • Assist with testing new features and troubleshooting potential bugs within the tools that we use.
  • Explore ways to utilize available (or new) technology to improve team operations and unlock efficiencies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing, and share insights with the rest of the team.
  • Be adaptive to business needs and take on ad hoc projects as required.
