12+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (NGO experience highly preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Finance (Master’s/Professional cert is a plus).
Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and a knack for navigating fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
- Refine internal controls and streamline workflows for maximum efficiency.
Manage budgets, cost-control measures, and audit readiness.

Oversee HR operations, talent planning, and performance management.
Ensure all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
Promote an organizational culture rooted in transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Supervise logistics, inventory control, and facility operations to provide a conducive environment for mission delivery.
