Qualification & Requirements
  • 12+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (NGO experience highly preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Finance (Master’s/Professional cert is a plus).

  • Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and a knack for navigating fast-paced environments.

  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.

Responsibilities
  • Refine internal controls and streamline workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, cost-control measures, and audit readiness.

  • Develop KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

  • Oversee HR operations, talent planning, and performance management.

  • Ensure all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Promote an organizational culture rooted in transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Supervise logistics, inventory control, and facility operations to provide a conducive environment for mission delivery.
