Qualifications
1. Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
2. Excellent project management skills.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage all office operations, including maintaining and organizing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
2. Ensure all office policies and procedures are adhered to, and maintain a safe and secure working environment.
3. Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance and training as needed
4. Organizes office operations and procedures, including correspondence, filing systems, supply requisitions, and clerical support.
5. Establishes and implements office policies, setting standards and procedures, and ensuring compliance.
6. Maintains records, including retention, protection, retrieval, and disposal, and ensures all office equipment functions efficiently.
7. Manages vendors and service personnel (cleaners, technicians, etc.) to ensure timely, high-quality services.
8. Collaborates on forecasting efforts and assists with payment processing and credit checks.
9. Reviews and analyzes reports, summarizes information, identifies trends, and keeps management informed.
10. Prepares and monitors annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and taking corrective actions.
